Dynamic Warranty Service

DMT warrants all products for a period of one year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for warranty, which covers parts and labor within the one year warranty period. This limited warranty excludes neglect and/or abuse evident in its condition.

Before sending your amp in for service:

Call Dynamic at 1- 269- 321- 9330 to get a return authorization (RA) number.

Click on the following link for a view of the Return Authorization Form, then print and fill out completely. Be sure to include your RA number, contact info, and a full explanation of the problem(s) you are experiencing.

Ship the amplifier back to our factory along with the RA form making sure the amp is tightly packed and well protected. All out-of warranty repair shipping costs are paid for by the customer. Call number above to get instructions on how to best ship the amp.
